Selena Gomez has shot down reports that she has been signed to play the younger version of Kristin Davis' character in a Sex and the City prequel. That was a compliment and I was very surprised when I heard that it was very sweet, but there is nothing official and I've never even been approached or anything. The 18 year old star admits she is not a SATC fan as she was too young to watch it when it first hit TV screens, adding, My mum is more of a fan, because I wasn't really allowed to watch it when I was younger.
